That experience, and the gaps it exposed in how buildings lose institutional knowledge during a handover, is what shaped the approach.
Victoria operates under the Owners Corporations Act 2006, which shapes everything from termination notice periods to general meeting requirements. We work in two phases. First, we gather building performance and owner sentiment, document ongoing concerns, and build a clear picture of how the building is tracking under current management - giving the owners corporation the evidence it needs before it acts. When the owners corporation is ready to move, we scan the Melbourne market, identify realistic candidates, and facilitate the switch. No upfront cost - we earn on successful completion for buildings of 50 or more lots.
