Sydney accounts for a significant portion of Australia's strata market, with tens of thousands of schemes across Greater Sydney alone - from high-rises in the eastern suburbs and north shore to complex mixed-use developments in the CBD, Pyrmont, and Green Square. Under the Strata Schemes Management Act 2015, NSW owners corporations have clear rights to change strata managers, but exercising those rights without a structured process is where transitions go wrong.

We work in two phases. First, we gather building performance and owner sentiment, document ongoing concerns, and build a clear picture of how the building is tracking under current management - giving the owners corporation the evidence it needs before it acts. When the owners corporation is ready to move, we scan the Sydney market, identify realistic candidates for the building, and facilitate the switch. No upfront cost - we earn on successful completion for buildings of 50 or more lots.
